Rev. Moose (Managing Partner/Co-Founder) is at the forefront of creating access to the North American market for artists and organizations from around the world. While at the helm of CMJ, Moose built groundbreaking US development programs for New Zealand and Australia export initiatives.  This work naturally led to him co-managing a roster of international artists as part of The Underground Management. Moose’s work growing global talent continued as he helped run the entertainment marketing agency The Syndicate, building its radio, publicity and marketing services out for clients from around the world.

Kodi McKinney (Partner/Co-Founder) has years of experience developing talent in the music industry. He has played an instrumental role in spearheading media campaigns within the US for domestic and international acts. From starting at The Syndicate in 2011, Kodi ultimately rose to oversee the company's metal marketing department including radio promotion, publicity, online properties and special events. Prior to that, he was on the editorial staff at CMJ while managing its nationwide network of college radio stations.

Matthew Field (Partner/Co-Founder) has a broad understanding of the business and legal issues affecting the creative industry. His background is in fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to new projects. Matthew has previously worked in private practice advising early-stage companies, investors, and entertainment professionals on legal matters affecting their businesses. In addition to his duties at Marauder, Matthew is licensed to practice law in New York and works with a boutique business, entertainment, and intellectual property law firm.

Cecilie Nielsen (Director of Special Events) manages all aspects of Marauder's special engagements from early conceptualization to on-site production. Cecilie's work in music events started when she launched a live music non-profit at the age of 17. She went on to DJ in Copenhagen's alternative club scene while working at one of Europe’s most prominent music venues. Her career as an independent artist has seen Cecilie on national television, commercial radio, and major tours in her home country of Denmark. She came to New York City in 2016 where she went on to secure her Masters in Music Business from NYU.

Evan Mester (Marketing Specialist) draws on years of experience in digital marketing and radio promotion, allowing him to develop a multifaceted approach to leading Marauder’s marketing campaigns. While attending Muhlenberg College, he served as the music director of WMUH before graduating with his BA in Media and Communications. This led to him assisting promotion and marketing departments at Terrorbird Media and legendary live venue le poisson rouge. Around this same time, Evan found himself becoming deeply invested in the local NYC music scene, eventually going on to write and manage web content for Yer Scene, a publication that aims to bring local DIY music subcultures to global attention.
