ABOUT US

Rev. Moose (Managing Partner/Co-Founder) is at the forefront of creating access to the North American market for artists and organizations from around the world. While at the helm of CMJ, Moose built groundbreaking US development programs for New Zealand and Australia export initiatives.  This work naturally led to him co-managing a roster of international artists as part of The Underground Management. Moose’s work growing global talent continued as he helped run the entertainment marketing agency The Syndicate, building its radio, publicity and marketing services out for clients from around the world.

Kodi McKinney (Partner/Co-Founder) has years of experience developing talent in the music industry. He has played an instrumental role in spearheading media campaigns within the US for domestic and international acts. From starting at The Syndicate in 2011, Kodi ultimately rose to oversee the company's metal marketing department including radio promotion, publicity, online properties and special events. Prior to that, he was on the editorial staff at CMJ while managing its nationwide network of college radio stations.

Matthew Field (Partner/Co-Founder) has a broad understanding of the business and legal issues affecting the creative industry. His background is in fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to new projects. Matthew has previously worked in private practice advising early-stage companies, investors, and entertainment professionals on legal matters affecting their businesses. In addition to his duties at Marauder, Matthew is licensed to practice law in New York and works with a boutique business, entertainment, and intellectual property law firm.

Billy Cook (Media Relations Specialist) promotes Marauder's diverse clients utilizing his knowledge of PR, radio, and brand management. His passion for music led him to Drexel University, where he had the opportunity of heading its student-run label, MAD Dragon Music Group. While living in Philadelphia, Billy also was active in the music scene as a writer for a local blog and as a promoter for several artists.

Phillipe Roberts (Media Relations Specialist) draws from a deep passion for great performances in directing national publicity and radio campaigns for Marauder. Prior to joining the team, he attended Brown University, chairing the Brown Concert Agency before moving to Boston and becoming involved in the local music scene through writing for the incredible local nonprofit Boston Hassle. Now based in New York, he continues to write for local blogs and performs original music in several configurations.

Cecilie Nielsen (Events Specialist) manages all aspects of Marauder's special engagements from early conceptualization to on-site production. Cecilie's work in music events started when she launched a live music non-profit at the age of 17. She went on to DJ in Copenhagen's alternative club scene while working at one of Europe’s most prominent music venues. Her career as an independent artist has seen Cecilie on national television, commercial radio, and major tours in her home country of Denmark. She came to New York City in 2016 where she went on to secure her Masters in Music Business from NYU.
